Common issues

• Google sign-in: Make sure Chrome allows the sign-in window and that you are using the Google account you want associated with StudyArc.
• Page reading: Chrome restricts extensions on certain browser-owned pages such as chrome:// pages and parts of the Chrome Web Store.
• Subscription: Billing and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Pro status may take a short moment to refresh after checkout.
• Saved study materials: Your private study library may require your vault passphrase to unlock encrypted saved content.
